Brilliant News

I've just got an email from Hayley Carter at MENCAP saying that a place has become available on this years bike ride! Everyone is meeting at the weekend to talk about it and I'll go too. I can even cycle there. Don't even need to worry about my bike getting stolen because I'll be able to keep my bike in the same room we're meeting.

So on Saturday I'll get to find out how badly behind my training is..
