Working on Sunday

Yes, really... there's not enough time in the day!
Yesterday I went to the first MENCAP meeting along with about 30 of the 80 people due to go in September. There are two other Caroles; which should be interesting, and I got talking to Clare who did something similar last year but said she rubbed the skin off her hands while cycling.... what have I let myself in for?
